sick
after fluctuating between 38.5 to 39 degrees for more than a day, it is finally 37.7 degrees now.
hope i would be well enough to go to school tomorrow.

school this week has been pretty boring and mundane as usual, if not for my classmates who never fail to make each day interesting, unique and filled with laughter.
last sunday went to do artemis faculty cip with my class and my junior class. was supposed to distribute flyers door-to-door. was in the same group as mingming, junjie and very fun people from my junior class. thought it was gonna be very slack compared to last year's because we did the second phase last year and was supposed to carry very heavy newspapers and electrical appliances from each of the households. this time we did the first phase but it was also unexpectedly tiring. the old estates have got very complicated U-shaped and T-shaped design and each of the blocks are humougous consisting of many sections. thanks to the weird architects from the olden times who designed such odd buildings, it was difficult to keep track of where we had already given the flyers too but glad we managed to complete the task in a relatively short time and spent the rest of the time slacking in 7-eleven till 12 noon when we are supposed to meet back at jurong cc.


the wind was exceptionally strong which explains the blown-hair-effect. lol.

monday
don't remember anything except for the fact that i went for the ntu h3 lecture after school and spent my time stoning there trying to understand what the professor was talking about and at the same time gossiping with bernadette. was feeling quite worried when i saw students going forward to the professor to ask him questions on the topics taught while me and bernie just sat at the chair and look at them asking not because we were too lazy to ask but because we didn't know what to ask. we have only understood like 10% of the lecture and we couldn't possibly ask the lecturer to repeat everything. sigh.

don't remember what happened at all.
wednesday
had pe trial napfa test for standing-board jump and pull-up. failed the standing-board jump as usual but i surprisingly managed to pass the pull-up component!!! super happy! so i guessed those random jumpings and holding on to this pull-up bar that my mom bought for me at home helps :D. really hope that i can pass napfa for the first time this year although my possibility of passing is only like 20%.
thursday
both my angel and mortal have finally replied me after all my consistent reminders lol. unfortunately, i haven't replied them yet because i didn't have the time to do so.
went to do two maths questions in the library with jupiter jiangchuan baojun ziye and shaohsien. after that went for a short run with ziye and baojun.

yongkang pinched me near my nimple until i got a blue-black there. all thanks to him i remember it hurting whenever i touch that part where he pinched me LOL.
so for revenge i decided to post this very unglam picture of him :P.

oh yeah think angie FINALLY managed to call through 987FM that morning to talk to carrie chong about the wildest thing she was gonna be doing that day...which was going for her CCA LOL.
friday
finally last day of a hectic week in school. went to library to print the thick stack of notes for my H3 course.
was quite a special day because i finally took a picture with my idol, ZHIYONG! LOL.

went for taekwondo training and realised that very little people went despite it being an offocial training session. friday training sessions are always like that.
after that went for dinner at curry wok with soem taekwondo mates and met my idol there again LOL.
today
went for piano lesson in the morning. sadly i didn't practise much this week again and i couldn't really perform well during the lesson. sigh.
after that went to queensway shopping centre to get myself a new pair of running shoes for school. went around looking for my size and finally settled for this one some Adidas A3 Energy Rider that the salesperson recommended. cost a lucky 88 bucks after discount and bargaining.
hope it would serve me well for the new chinese year! new year, new shoes! may i 发 both literally and for my examination scores just like the price of the shoes 88!
okay think that's quite enough for my post this week. hope next week would be a blast with busy days looming ahead. shall concentrate on dramafest this week. feeling guilty for not contributing alot (or should i say nothing) although i am supposed to be the "assistant director". not forgetting SPA, tests and of course the mind-boggling H3 lessons.

embarrassing
my NTU H3 physics tutorial lessons aren't that bad after all. at least i understood what the professor was talking about and they are definitely better than the lectures in which i would just stare blindly into space trying to absorb things like a sponge but to no avail. the questions in the tutorial (which i didn't attempt at all after reading through the questions because all of them seem to be beyond my capability) wasn't all to difficult after all. most of them just required one step to get the answer haha.
anyway talking about tutorials i haven't been doing much tutorial this week. think i just came home to sleep everyday. lol probably lagging behind by about 1.5 tutorials per subject except for maths.
busy weekend ahead. having piano lessons tomorrow and tomorrow morning is the only time i have this weke to practise for it. after that would be back to doing tutorials or studying for the chemistry test on monday. sunday going off for cip and class outing.
by the way got addicted to imitating miss swan this week and think got many people irritated. however i couldn't help it. the more i think of miss swan the funnier i think she is. if you don't know who she is she is a character out to anger people with her ridiculous antics and reply. something like the female version of mr bean. you can watch her in action HERE haha. lots of episodes for you to choose from.
went to KAP after taekwondo training today with jupiter, junjie and dorea for dinner. ate the prosperity burger and thought it has got too much pepper and abit too spicy.
by the way jupiter and junjie realised that i always pee for a relatively long time because i drink alot of water. so they sort of counted while i pee in front of the cubicle in the school toilet and apparently the longest i have ever pee-ed continuously was 45 secs haha.
so just now i went to the KAP toilet with junjie and he started counting again when i started peeing. after which he asked to take over and count by myself. so i started counting aloud...
"16 thousand...
17 thousand...
18 thousand..."
junjie went on to wash his hands.
"19 thousand...
20 thousand..."
thats when a guy came out from the toilet cubicle and junjie saw him staring at me with awe LOL.
then i immediately stopped counting and we started laughing in the toilet.
if i see someone urinating in front of the cubicle and counting to himself how long he takes to finish his "business" i would think that he is psycho. so that man probably thought i was.

every saturday is sleeping day
yesterday was the J1 orientation "campfire" (which consist of a fake campfire with a fan blowing cellophane paper strips from the center some wood). the class item from artemis wasn't that great but in my opinion our faculty dance was the best! good job to the faculty committee member for putting in so much hard work in it...espcially michelle! haha. i like the athena and ares class item the most. thought skits wouldn't be too appropriate for a campfire item initially but in the end the two skits were pretty funny and caught our attention. ares class's skit about how couples around the world spent their valentine's day was especially hilarious at the scene when they showed how a couple in india spent their's. the nanyang girl who acted as the indian woman was very good and her "if you can't dance...let's just brrrrrrreak up" is still stuck in my head until now.
after that was the usual famous song and dance session when everyone would get high and all. a huge pity that it rained last night. if not the atmosphere in the parade square under the starry night (okay unsure if there was stars in the first place) would have been so much better. think we could have broke the guiness world records for "the most concentrated mass dance ever in a school". due to the rain the campfire was held in the hall and imagine about 2000 people dancing in the small hall. was just too squeezy i can't even move much during the mass dance except for the moves that involve raising out hands up lol.
after the campfire went to KAP with senior and junior class. pretty much like a gathering of the 05, 06 and 07S65 classes. took about one hour just to get to KAP...simply unbelievable. ate and chatted outside KAP initially but got scolded by the management from Mcdonald's after a while who claimed that residents are complaining (not long after everyone has bought food from Mcdonald's). truth was S65 didn't make much noise...other classes did but never mind we went back into Mcdonald's and got seats. started playing games like passing fries with our mouths and was forced to pass on this extremely short fries from ngehwee form my junior class. the fries was so short i could even see it when i tried to get it from her and i could actually feel her breath LOL.
after that was lucky enough to catch the last bus 67 home with francis. pretty fun night!
ahhhhhhhhhh my holiday homework still not completed yet.

school reopens with a bang...
a couple change of teachers and i am pretty happy with the change. as predicted, miss huang become our CT this year and surprisingly mr teo ming ern become my chemistry teacher. seriously speaking i am quite afraid of him having been caught sleeping in the auditorium during CT session and talking during morning assembly in the parade square a couple of times. however in the end my intution tell sme that he is still a great caring and dedicated teacher.
didn't get to see my new GP teacher yesterday because i had to attend some boring orientation programme for my NTU H3 contemporary physics course. the orientation includes some talks introducing NTU aka advertising NTU and what it has to offer for us in the future and one of the most boring orientation games in the world, amazing "walk" around the NTU campus. supposed to be amazing race but nothing in the "game" is fun, so yeah. and imagine having to carry your school bag around as you "play" the game. don't really like my H3 physics class. having 80% foreign scholars around who already know each other makes me feel very out of place and uncomfortable. to add on, some "rival" group from swiss cottage that i used to dislike when i joined the great science challenge in secondary four is in the same class. apparently the three people in the group are in pjc, njc and sajc respectively and ALL THREE OF THEM are in the same class as me. wow, the world is really small. hope they are nice and friendly people.
having the first H3 lesson on monday which means that i would miss the senior meet junior session that i have been looking forward to. ARGH.
can't wait for orientation campfire and class dinner with seniors with week.
